We’re open to those with experience in recruitment agency or in-house backgrounds. Prior experience in a general HR role that included recruitment would also be considered.</li> <li>Great writing ability. Whether it's job descriptions or LinkedIn content, we want somebody that genuinely knows how to write, not just prompt a LLM.</li> <li>Comfort working with limited resources and direction.
