JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, build, and operate Notion‑based work systems that enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. This role focuses on structuring workflows, creating scalable systems, and implementing automation within Notion.

• Design and build Notion-based work systems (project, schedule, document, CRM, OKR)
• Design database structures, including Relations and Rollups
• Create and continuously improve Notion templates
• Analyze user requirements and propose Notion-based solutions
• Design workflow automation using Formulas, Buttons, and Integrations
• Create operational guides and documentation for Notion usage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ Year experience in the company in any position related to this position
• Ability to communicate in English via text/chat to communicate with the internal team
• Advanced-level Notion proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with features in Notion: Databases, Relations, Rollups, Formulas, Templates, and Buttons
  • Basic understanding of permissions and access control
• Ability to design complex information structures logically
• Ability to analyze and structure business workflows
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional systems
• Strong documentation and explanation skills
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building Notion-based systems
• Experience with company-wide Notion adoption in startups or enterprises
• Experience in Notion consulting or implementation services
• Experience selling Notion templates or creating Notion-related content
• Experience integrating automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Slack, Google Workspace, APIs)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp)
• Experience in UX/UI or information architecture design

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace: 
  • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 ~ 18 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
