Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in client acquisition, community engagement, and event participation, with a clear pathway to becoming a Business Development Executive.

This role is ideal for those who want to kickstart a career in sales, business development, and the CFD/financial services industry, with strong income growth potential and opportunities to expand professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales – Client Acquisition (core scope)
    • Research potential client segments and prepare outreach lists.
    • Conduct outreach campaigns via platforms, communities, forums, groups, email, and networking.
    • Support the connection, setup, and preparation of client meetings.
    • Provide information about the company’s platform, products, and policies to clients and IBs; maintain and support the growth of these networks.
  2. Community – Engagement & Lead Generation
    • Actively participate in community activities such as commenting, posting, and engaging to strengthen brand presence.
    • Generate and direct leads from community channels back to the company.
    • Build networks and identify potential IBs and Sales partners through community marketing initiatives.
  3. Event & Others – Events & Cross-Departmental Support
    • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of online/offline events (workshops, webinars, networking).
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns, branding, and communications are aligned.
    • Collect feedback from clients and event participants to improve business development strategies.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in sales, client acquisition, and community engagement.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated by high earning potential and career growth in sales/business.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
