Customer Marketing Lead - REMOTE

- Create renewal and retention campaigns aligned to customer health metrics
- Design and deliver onboarding communications and in-app/email journeys
- Gather, analyze, and present customer engagement and product usage insights
- Capture and promote customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives
- Partner internally to represent the voice of the educator and guide customer-first strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing (usage/renewal) or EdTech marketing (required)
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting usage/engagement data
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience developing onboarding, renewal, or advocacy campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
