Accountabilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in the technology and service offerings, engaging effectively with key stakeholders including executives and medical directors.
  • Articulate the value of the company's tests and digital health tools to health system leadership.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to recruit and educate health systems on utilizing the testing solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with health systems and institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective implementation of EMR and UX tools to promote growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions.
  • Develop strategic plans for gaining and retaining health system contracts.
  • Monitor market opportunities and competitive activities, presenting findings to leadership.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of medical sales experience with a track record of selling complex diagnostics solutions.
  • Proven experience in institutional sales and contract negotiation with health systems.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
  • Ability to sell technically complex products.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
