- Negotiate and close contracts with healthcare institutions.

- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer interaction data and market intelligence.
- Provide valuable feedback to the Product and Marketing teams from customer insights.
- Develop strategic plans to gain and retain institutional contracts.
- Identify market opportunities and report competitive insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science.
- 10+ years in medical sales with a proven track record in complex diagnostics solutions.
- Experience successfully closing contracts with health systems.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, including reimbursement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional presentation abilities for both digital and in-person interactions.
