ERP Support Consultant
Vị trí này phù hợp với các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ và kỹ thuật cho hệ thống Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, làm việc remote/hybrid tại Đà Nẵng. Công việc dạng tư vấn, hợp đồng 6–12 tháng với yêu cầu chịu trách nhiệm xử lý sự cố, bảo trì hệ thống ERP, cấu hình vai trò người dùng và đảm bảo vận hành ổn định các module kiểm kê, tài chính, chuỗi cung ứng.
Yêu cầu chính: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm với Dynamics 365 Business Central, kiến thức tốt về các quy trình quản lý kho, tài chính, hiểu biết phân quyền ERP, tiếng Anh tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm cho khách hàng châu Âu, biết tiếng Đan Mạch hoặc có kinh nghiệm với Microsoft Power Platform.

About the Assignment
Our client is an international manufacturer of sport fishing equipment, operating for more than 20 years with headquarters in the Nordics and sales teams across Europe.Due to strong business growth, the company is strengthening its ERP support function around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which serves as the core ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily user support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and system issues
- Support and maintain core ERP modules:
- Inventory & Warehousing
- Finance & Accounting
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Configure and maintain:
- User roles and permissions
- System configurations aligned with business needs
- Perform testing and validation in sandbox environments prior to production upgrades
- Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance
- Monitor integrations, data flows, and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external Business Central partners, and vendors
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical partners
Required Competencies & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, especially: Inventory management, Warehousing, Finance & accounting, Supply chain
- Experience with user support & incident handling, system maintenance and troubleshooting, log handling, and root-cause analysis
- Solid knowledge of Business Central configuration, user roles & permissions, basic accounting, and financial processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in an international, remote setup
- English proficiency at business level
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with European clients or Nordic companies
- Danish language skills
