Gameplay Engineer (Cocos2d-x)
Vị trí này là cơ hội làm việc từ xa cho các ứng viên tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng freelance, thu nhập cạnh tranh $50 – $120/giờ và cam kết 10-40 giờ/tuần. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, tối ưu engine game Cocos2d-x bằng C++, đảm bảo kiến trúc mở rộng, phối hợp cùng designer, artist và QA, cũng như xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật trên các nền tảng khác nhau.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm triển khai Cocos2d-x, nền tảng kỹ thuật đồ họa vững, đã từng phát triển game trên mobile, desktop, console, thông thạo phát triển đa nền tảng và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Môi trường làm việc toàn cầu, tốc độ cao, đề cao khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và chi tiết.

Description
Position: Cross-Platform Engine Developer (Cocos2d-x)
Type: Permanent
Compensation: $50 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain game engine features using Cocos2d-x in C++.
- Optimize memory usage, rendering performance, and platform-specific integrations across multiple devices.
- Ensure scalable and maintainable game architectures suitable for global game releases.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA teams to implement and refine game features.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex engine-related issues across platforms.
- Stay updated on advancements in game engine technologies and recommend improvements.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats within a distributed team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing with Cocos2d-x and C++ in high-performance game projects.
- Strong background in computer graphics, rendering pipelines, and memory optimization.
- Hands-on experience deploying games for mobile (iOS/Android), desktop, and console platforms.
- Deep understanding of cross-platform development challenges and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex technical environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, globally distributed team.
