We were the first in Korea to launch an SPF tanning lotion — promoting safe, sun-friendly skincare culture. Since launch, we've gained strong consumer trust and successfully entered major platforms, including Olive Young's online mall.

We're now looking for a talented Global Influencer Marketer to join our team. We are expanding our market to USA and other English spoken countries. This role will make contribution to this movement. To learn more, please visit our Global Official Store! 

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work with marketers in the Korea HQ and operate influencer marketing campaign in the USA and other global countries.

• Booking Global nano/micro KOCs

  • Target Market : USA & other English speaking countries
  • Campaign : Free casting campaign + TikTok Affiliate Program
  • Sourcing global influencers and outreach for collaboration
  • Enhance brand awareness through both free casting and paid collaborations
  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with key influencer partners
  • Perform other tasks related to influencer marketing as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience in KOC Booking or TikTok Affiliate Marketing
• Comfortable communicating in English with global influencers and team members, mostly via chat (speaking ability is still required)
• Passion for Korean skincare and strong knowledge of popular products and brands
• Strong interest in social media and content in general
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience creating viral content through the KOC Booking campaign
• Experience increasing TikTok Shop sales through the TikTok Affiliate Program
• Experience working in global markets, including the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia, beyond Vietnam

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
